Before contacting support
- Confirm ShutterDock is running in the menu bar.
- Check Screen & System Audio Recording permission.
- For recording issues, note whether you used Off, Mic, or System audio.
- For Free vs Pro questions, note whether Pro purchase/restore loads in the app.
- Try a small region capture on the built-in display.
- Try a short full-screen recording and confirm the MP4 quick actions appear.
- Note your macOS version, Mac model, and whether an external display is connected.
